  • Function

  • Function:
    Bioactive compounds found in cacao that may improve brain blood flow, memory, and mood.

    • Sorond et al. (2013) – Daily cocoa flavanols improved cognition and cerebral blood flow in older adults.
    • Scholey et al. (2010) – 520mg cocoa flavanols led to better memory and attention within 90 minutes.

  • Function:
    Bioavailable protein that may support skin elasticity, hydration, and repair by stimulating collagen synthesis.

    6g of collagen is used in The Glow, within the effective range of 2.5–10g/day.
  • Function:
    Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.
    Clinical Evidence:
    • Kreider et al. (2017) – International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand: safety and efficacy of creatine supplementation in exercise, sport, and medicine.
    Elevate Usage:
    Optional add-on for performance and recovery. Recommended dosage of 3–5g/day.
  • Function:
    Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. May also help maintain normal inflammation balance.
    Clinical Evidence:
    • Pan et al. (2009) – Daily flaxseed intake reduced CRP levels, a key marker of inflammation in overweight adults.
    Elevate Usage:
    3g of flaxseed is used in Almond Restore, within the effective dose range of 2–5g/day.
  • Function:
    Amino acid that may help support gut barrier integrity, immune function, and recovery.
    Clinical Evidence:
    • Wischmeyer et al. (2014) – Glutamine supplementation improved gut integrity and reduced infection risk in stressed individuals.
    Elevate Usage:
    5g as an add-on.
  • Function:

    May help maintain skin hydration and elasticity. In clinical trials, oral hyaluronic acid improved skin hydration.

    Clinical Evidence:
    • Gao et al. (2023) – Oral administration of hyaluronic acid to improve skin conditions via a randomised double‐blind clinical test.
    Elevate Usage:

    Used in The Glow as part of the collagen blend (200mg). Dose aligns with effective levels found in literature (~120–240mg/day).

  • Function:

    A nootropic mushroom that may support cognitive performance (Nerve Growth Factor which plays a role in neurogenesis, memory, and attention).

    Clinical Evidence:
    • Mori et al. (2009) – A 16-week trial found that 3g/day improved cognitive function in older adults with mild cognitive impairment.
    • NutraIngredients (2023) – A RCT found improvements in attention and processing speed among healthy young adults after 28 days of supplementation.

    2g of lion’s mane is used in Matcha Cloud, within the effective dose range of 1–3g/day. Also offered as an add-on.

  • Function:

    A Peruvian adaptogen traditionally used to support energy and mood.

    Clinical Evidence:
    • Guo et al. (2016) – Maca improved cognitive function and motor coordination in mouse models.
    • Stone et al. (2009) – Rich in B vitamins and iron, maca may reduce fatigue and enhance mental clarity.
    Elevate Usage:

    2g of maca is used in Peanut Butter Fix, within the effective range of 1.5–3g/day. Also offered as an add-on.

  • Function:

    Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal psychological function, and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

    Elevate Usage:

    Offered as an add-on, dosed at 250mg per serving.

  • Function:
    Contains caffeine and L-theanine, which together may support alertness and attention while reducing feelings of fatigue.
    Clinical Evidence:
    • Uchida et al. (2024) – A 12-month study found that 2g/day improved focus, sleep quality, and emotional processing in older adults.
    • Haskell et al. (2008) – Studies show L-theanine + caffeine improves cognitive performance more than caffeine alone.

    2g of matcha is used in Matcha Cloud. Caffeine content ~70mg/serving.
  • Function:
    Medium-chain triglycerides that may provide quick energy, particularly for the brain. May support ketosis, metabolic function, and satiety.
    Elevate Usage:
    Add-on for mental clarity and metabolic energy (10ml).
  • Function:
    A tropical fruit high in antioxidants including betalains, flavonoids, and vitamin C which may help protect cells from oxidative stress. 
    Clinical Evidence:
    • Nishikito et al. (2023) – Found that dragon fruit may help prevent diseases associated with inflammation and oxidative damage.

  • Function:
    May help support the growth of beneficial gut bacteria and digestive health.
    Evidence:
    Well-established in human studies; certain fibres like chicory inulin have authorised claims for bowel function.

  • Function:
    Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. May support satiety, and metabolism.

  • Function:
    A blue-green algae rich in phycocyanin, antioxidants, and essential amino acids. Blue-green algae that may help support immune function and reduce oxidative stress.

  • Function:
    Whole-cell blue-green algae rich in chlorophyll, B vitamins, iron, and essential amino acids. May support detox, immunity, and energy metabolism.
    Clinical Evidence:
    • Torregrosa-García et al. (2019) – Spirulina improved immune and antioxidant status in athletes.
    Elevate Usage:
    Available as an add-on; 1–2g suggested per serving. Not to be confused with blue spirulina extract.
